Power, Gas and carbon credits settlements for Deeside and other power stations including reconciliation of invoices and making payments

Reconciliation of uncontracted income to metered volumes and collection of revenue

Timely payments for suppliers of stock, stationary, services, overhaul costs, power station spares, training etc

Reporting - both internal, to our parent companies - International Power and Mitsui, and external,  for statutory requirements such as to Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs 

Budgets preparation and collation  and monitoring and reporting of actual costs as they are incurred against these budgets

The finance department liaises daily with corporate head office, European regional office and other power stations throughout Europe.
